Aditi Mulye

Mrs. Aditi Milind Mulye has been working with Pratha for the last Seven years as the Programme Manager. She has completed her Masters of Arts in Social Work from Tata Institute of Social Sciences in 2009 with a specialisation in Urban Development. Her experiences in this field were gathered while working with various target groups; youths and adolescent women, tribals from Raigad districts, differently abled people, youths and largely the slum communities of Mumbai.

Altaf Shaikh’s current area of interest is behavioural and development programs ranging from Transformational Leadership to Sensitivity training. His competence lies in partaking in individual, group and organizational development. With over ten year sof experience, he has become extremely adept in the field of consulting, facilitating, training, and counselling individuals, in a wide range of organization setups.


Deepali Vandana
Managing Trustee

Deepali Vandana’s current choice of work is largely a product of her life experiences. She was subjected to caste, class, and gender-based discrimination by virtue of her birth in a Scheduled Caste community. She has learnt from first hand experiences that the magnitude of cruelty faced by women from marginalised communities in India is and needs urgent attention.


Rizwana Nulwal
Trustee, Mental Health Program director

Rizwana Nulwala is a practicing counsellor . She has been working with children and people in difficult situations : people living with mental illness, substance abuse disorders, coping with divorce and separation, domestic violence and those who have suffered from trauma and disasters.
